Wedding invites online, free, with the replies sorted

Pick a look, pop in your names, date and venue, and send it to everyone tonight. Each household replies on its own link, so you're not chasing answers through Messenger, texts and the whānau chat.

How do online wedding invites work in NZ?

You make your invite and a matching wedding site, then email each household a personal link. When they open it they see the day, the venue and where to stay, and they tell you who's coming to what. On Starter that's free for up to 50 guests, and we never ask for card details.

Keen on something to hold? Design a card (it starts as a save the date, and you can rewrite every line), save it as a PDF and print it at home or at Warehouse Stationery. When you need more room or the extras, you pay once in NZD, from $65.

Three steps

Sorted in an evening

  1. Tell us the basics

Your names, the date and the town. The invite, site and events fill themselves in from there.

  2. Make it look like you

Choose a look, change the wording, and add each part of the day, from the ceremony to Sunday's barbecue.

  3. Send it and relax

Email the links from your dashboard. Replies drop into one list, person by person, event by event.

What's in it

Design it in your browser

Swap the wording, typeface, paper and envelope and watch the card change as you go. Works on a laptop or a phone.

Save it, print it

Grab a sharp PNG to send in messages, or a PDF to print at home or at Warehouse Stationery.

Every household, its own link

Email comes with every plan. Signature adds WhatsApp from your own number and QR reply cards for posted invites; Luxe adds texts.

Made yours in Canva?

On Signature, upload the finished design and use it with our RSVPs and reminders.

Questions

Things people ask us

Is it actually free?

Yes, for up to 50 guests on Starter, with no time limit and no card details. You get your invite and website, email sending, RSVPs for each event, te reo Māori headings and a card to download. Paid plans start at $65 NZD, paid once.

Will older guests be okay with an online invite?

Most will. For anyone who'd rather have paper, post them a printed copy; on Signature each one can carry a QR code that opens their own reply page. Or ring them and enter their answer yourself.

Can we put te reo Māori on the invite?

Yes. Write your own lines anywhere, and switch on bilingual headings on the website. Our invite wording guide has bilingual examples to start from.

How do we send to family in Australia or overseas?

The link works anywhere. Email it from your dashboard, or on Signature send each household its own WhatsApp message from your phone. Guests flying in will want the date 9–12 months ahead.

Can we print our invites?

Yes. Save the card as a PDF and print it at home or at a print shop. A PNG is handy for sending in a message.

When should invites go out?

Around three months before the day for most NZ weddings, and earlier if you're marrying over summer, on a long weekend or with guests flying in.

Do guests need an account?

No. They open their link and reply. No app, no password.
